Namastey London news!

The partnership between composer Himesh Reshammiya and lyricist Javed Akhtar promises to be more rewarding than expected. Firstly, Himesh startles you by revealing that his first collaboration with Javed Akhtar in Vipul Shah’s Namaste London will have 24 tracks!
“That’s right,” Himesh asserts. “Namaste London will have 24 tracks. Eight of them will be the original tracks. Eight others will be re-mixes. And the final eight versions of the compositions will have Javed Saab reciting his nazms along with the songs.”

This would be the first time that a film lyricist contributes vocally to every composition of a film. Namaste London would be the first movie soundtrack to feature its lyricist in every track.

    Yesterday Night I Saw First Songs Of Namaste London On MTV Its Rocking Man Nice Punjabi Song And Also See Red Song Its Realy Realy Rocking Man I am Love in it Cannot Wait For It.

    HII….i was really amazed to see taht the movie NAMASTE LONDON contains 24 tracks …. i hav first two songs of it ,,,, they r really very nice sung by him ,,,, and the song of RED – THE HOT …was also amazing …..i think u will really rock the world in 2007 HIMESHJI

    Hey swatee…am not sure if Himeshji will make a video for Chahe Gila Karo…but Nachle its Folkish (remix version) has been included in a medley video by Himeshji (the medley includes Aashiqana Hai Dil & Ched de pyar di baat & Nachle…) & the video can be seen on most music channels! Jem :D
