i like the title track very much.its quite different.the rap is very very good.the song is fantastic. i hv not listen more songs of this album.i hv heard tht namumkeen is a good number.

shakalaka boom boom is super gud!! everytime i listen 2 it , i feel like dancing!!
Herez how id rank them:
1. Shaka laka boom – awesome flowing number of international feel and class..a new sound by HR..he sounds pumped up 4 this one n why not..can give sike even to a dead man, remix not upto the mark.
2. Namumkin – another gr8 sad emotion song of the same genre of..lets say….yaadein teriya (dil diya hai)…great singing twists…remix is good.
3. Thaare vaaste – sounds like a gujarati/rajastani folk number converted to a dance club number, just too easy for HR to compose n so effective.
4. Various artiste medley remix – really not my cup of tea but many would like it.
5. Dil lagaayenge – disappointed..even after hearing it for several times to see if it settles in..dont expect such songs from HR vocals coz of his classy act..but wouldnt mind it so much from other male voices..it sounds like a 1990 number..also sounds in the same pattern of loot jayenge (aksar) and dil ke maare hai (vaah! life ho toh aisi)..both being quite ordinary numbers filling up the 5-6 slot in their respective albums.
The title trax is the USP of the album,namumkin and thaare vaste are good follow up numbers,no doubt a good album.
If u notice, HR’s vocals sound very SHARP for shaka laka boom and namumkin (infact even afreen for that matter)..something like….some1 walking on a knife’s edge….as a result his voice penetrates a lot..at certain times striking like a lightening/electric/live wire jolt and really gets hold of the listener…mayb iv used a wrong example to overkill my point..but the feeling is right….theres no doubt that he has got divine intervention in his singing,thats y ppl cant ignore him B-) die hard HR fanatic

i very honestly say this………..2-3 years ago i used to think that i am the only hard core HR fan in this world n that others do like n appreciate his music..but thats it..not that they were mad or crazy for the guy like nything..i guez he really created a wave after aashiq banaya aapne..it was an abrupt but pleasant surprise for me..i must admit that only at times i get very jealous,frustrated n angry that now he has so many fans coz i always thought that i was his no.1 fan..actually i do get real possessive of him..BUT..thats very very dumb of me..iv grown up n out of it..coz if he wont have many fans then who will hear him? im not so rich to buy all his albums!even others have a right to love him..hes not just there to make music only for me….but i dont just get it..some of his songs i may not like at times but whenever he gives another chartbuster score..i get that synergy n feel sthing like ‘yes man,take that u little bewdy,we have done it again!no 1 can touch you now’…what have i done! nothing,his music wont get me nywhere in my life but why does he mean so much to me,i really wonder! some things just dont have any reason or explanation! crazy crazy world :-O :-O :-O :-O die hard HR fanatic

Hi guys i have heard all songs from this movie but i dont think there is much to do abt it..coz there are many songs which are juz abt the fraction of 2 mins or about 1 min thats it. But they are good enough and i really like the songs SLBB and Thaare Vaaste. Vinayak
himesh is a versaltile singer..he has got superb lower to higher pitch/range..theres something dynamic about his singing..he dosent just sing the lines,he expresses his feelings through them n thats why then connect..he can sing sufi,rock,sad and classical songs..this is shown by 3 of his raaga/classical albums namely banaras,namastey london and ahista ahista i am really missing the female background chorus and indian instruments in HR’s past typical indian melodies..i want him to bring these two elements back in his sufi rock n raaga based ‘nowadays’ songs.. >:D:D:D:D:D:D die hard HR fanatic
