He is Bollywood’s Bad Man.. and as an actor he likes to don different get ups to make it worth it for his audience. In Karzzzz, the actor has experimented with something completely different.

Here’s the latest update on Bollywood’s arch villain, Badman, Gulshan Grover. After his recent personal setback (he lost his father), he’s back in action and in the studios. “I miss my dad terribly, but the show must go on and that’s what my dad always wanted me to do,” he says. And true to his professional spirit, GG was back on the studio in less than a week after performing his dad’s last rites in their ancestral home in Delhi.

And right now his focus is on the multi- crore Himesh Reshammiya starrer project Karzzzz, where the iconic villain is playing Sir Jedu (originally played by Premnath). The film is in the news for his expensive imported getups that Gulshan is using in the film. “We have made a ‘hand’ made of pure steel and imported gadgets, the whole cost of the hand put together is of 25 lakhs. This is for the first time in the history of Bollywood, we have created something unique like this,” says a unit member.

While Gulshan is upbeat about his new gadget, it heavy to wear it and I have to be very careful with my 25 lakhs hand,” he laughs. The special steel less hand is the brainchild of director Satish Kaushik and ably executed by producer Bhushan Kumar. “We wanted to create something different and came up with this concept. The film is made on a larger canvas, exotic locales, romantic songs, never seen before fight scenes. I’m very happy the way the film has shaped up,” says Satish.

As for Himesh, he will not only have to fight Badman, but also his steel gadgets, now that’s going to be visual treat!
