Meet Himeshji’s heroine in Hhey Gujju!

Lakshmi Rai’s dream seems to have come true for the actress plays the female lead role opposite actor-turned music director Himesh Reshammiya. Incidentally, Himesh has called it quits in music direction after Dasavatharam and for the time being intends to don the greasepaint instead. The film, titled Hey Gujju, is being filmed in Mumbai where two.

songs have been shot already. Lakshmi Rai plays a Punjabi girl in Hey Gujju. According to Lakshmi Rai she bagged the role in the film because she looked like a Punjabi. The svelte actress says that she is delighted to star in a Bollywood film but that does not mean that she would depart from Tamil films.

    she is a south actress done 3 films with the legends of malayalam
    1 with mohanlal [rock n roll] bt ddnt work well
    2 with mammooty [1) annanthambi declared as a hit and still going 2) again with mammooty ‘parundu’{eagle} which will release soon=D>
