Himesh Reshammyia’s number ‘Hari om hari from Karzzzz had to be re-edited at the behest of the Censor Board. The song had skimpily clad girls dancing in the background. Our source says, “Censor Board had strong objection to the scenes where the girls were dancing behind Himesh in the `Hari om’ number.

However, they were pretty cool about the dancers in the rest of the song. T-Series and Himesh had no option but to edit the portion. In fact in the promos right now, when he says ‘Hari om’ the song has been edited in a way that only Himesh can be seen in the frame. In some parts, it has been done in such a manner that you see four versions of Himesh singing ‘Hari om’. This was done to avoid the girls behind him.”

We’ve heard that Himesh Reshammiya is pushing himself too hard, wanting to achieve too much too soon. As a result, he has become a victim of overwork and fatigue.

T-Series felt the brunt of this recently when they incurred a loss of almost Rs 70 lakh.

The incident in question happened in Udaipur when Pooja Bhatt took the cast and crew of Kajra Re (which she is directing for T-Series) for the shoot too Devigarh Palace (near Udaipur) on August 18. Says a source from the unit, “The shooting was scheduled for nine days but everybody had to return after shooting for just three days. Pooja could not continue the shoot since Himesh fell sick out of sheer fatigue.”

Much awaited music for Karzzzz has just hit the stands and Himesh Reshammiya is eagerly awaiting response for his 19 songs album. In fact before the music release, Himesh even visited Shrinathji temple to seek blessings from his holy God. Anxious about his return to celluloid after more than a year, Himesh arrives again in the triple role of an actor, composer and singer with Karzzzz, the publicity of which has started on top gear from Day 1 itself.

KARZZZZ music has hit the stands and as expected, the response has been fantabulous. While three songs from this album, ‘Lut Jaaon’, ‘Tandoori Nights’ and ‘Hari Om’, had already been heard during the week gone by, six more tracks from the CD have also managed to cast a spell amongst those who had been waiting for actor/composer/singer Himesh Reshammiya to make a comeback after AAP KAA SURROOR – THE MOVIEE which had released last year.

Now that the album seems to be en route to reaching further heights, did Himesh have any nervous pangs before picking up a project which is expected to match the scale of Subhash Ghai’s KARZ?

I personally feel that the promos have been shot in a very stylish way and Himeshji looks superb, even the way he dances and delivers his dialogues is simply amazing!!!!

Himesh as Tansen?

Rajshri Production seems to be jumping on the multiple movie-making bandwagon. The company, known for making one extravagant family flick every year or so, now wants to churn out more movies.

Outsourcing

Sooraj Barjatya wants his family banner to move ahead with times. He is now looking for outside directors to make films for Rajshri. His assistant is currently finishing Ek Aur Vivah for his company, after Satish Kaushik will direct an extravagant period film based on the life and times of the emperor Akbar’s courtsman Tansen.
