Himesh Reshammiya-starrer Mudh Mudh Ke Na Dekh Mudh Mudh Ke has gone over-budget by about Rs 3 crore. According to our source, Himesh plays a rich man and so the film’s producers Aditya Naryan Singh and Shri Ashtavinayak wanted a sprawling house. But, they could not find one.

Our source said, “The filmmakers wanted a particular house that belongs to the character played by Himesh. But, since all available bungalows fell short of their requirements they started hunting for a spacious floor to erect an opulent bungalow set. They couldn’t wait any longer as Himesh had limited time to shoot. The film’s producers finally had to make a huge set of a bungalow on an open ground at Film City.”

Just as the set was made, things went from bad to worse. “It started raining. To protect the paint from peeling, the producers had to cover the entire sets. Raj Babbar, Farida Jalal, Satish Shah and others are shooting in the bungalow now. Ultimately, the entire sets cost around Rs 3 crore,” said the source.

Himesh confirmed the story and said, “Yes, we could not find a floor as large as the one we have now. And because I had committed to shoot for other film from September 16, we had to complete this shooting schedule in spite of the heavy rains. Aditya did suffer some losses. But, I am proud to be associated with the film as it has great music and is shaping up brilliantly.”

“Aditya took timely precautions to prevent the sets from getting damaged due to the rains. That cost him a bomb,” adds Himesh.

Mudh Mudh Ke Na Dekh… also stars Niharika Singh and Jennifer Kotwal.

    do we have release dates of those films in 2009?

    we only know karzz coming out on oct 17 2008.

    Please let other singers likeSonu Nigam,kk,Shaan,Udit Naraayan sing songs for you.Whatever success you have achieved is because of your music compostions.Please let other singers sing your songs.Had these singers would have sung only half the songs you have sung you would have been regareded as one of the greatest music directors.

    well best of luck for m2kndm2k
    well i cant comment too long on this becsuse this time i am totally focused on ‘karzzzz’. i think karzzzz is the best movie which himesh is doing. satish films always drive us emotional. i still remember that when i saw ‘tere naam’ i burst out . i hope so that this karzzzz will also bring tears in my eyes. the ‘aatma’ and ‘rooh’ in karzzzz is damn good. its music is ‘jaan’ of karzzzz

    Hi…I totaly agree to sukhpreet view that himesh shud give chance to other singers like shann kk etc.Coz wen cme to music director Himesh is uncometeable. So i want jen that plazz convey himesh ji abt my view.When u check his films as md music is awssam.And he can sing 3 4 songs and rest he can made other singer sing.

    I don’t agree with sukhpreet n kanuj. All the movies cast HR, thus he shud sing his own songs n rok. no singer cn replace HR n sing better than him. So HR plz keep singing ur uwn songs n keep rockin the world like ur doin rite now.
    As far as wher M2KNDM2K is concerned, i hope it too does well. Like Eiman my focus too is Karzzz rite now. I can’t just get over with its music. Now i’m eagerly waiting for the movie n i jus can’t wait more. 1 month yaar…..

    Hey mayank i can understand ur feeling and respect it a lot bt i only want 2 say that when u check music of namesty rocky aksar they r amomg best of hr here he sing sme songs himself and rest made other singer sing so i am on ths view.Waise i also like hr song bt there is a fact that when u try 2 hrd then u tend to make mistakes.Thnk of it
