Himeshji will be playing an Aamir Khan fan in his next film…

Published by at 6:29 pm under A Love Iisshstory

We all know Himeshji’s a big fan of Aamir Khan. In the film A NewLove Story, Himeshji plays a tapori whose name is Sukku bhai. Sources say A New Love Story is similar to that of Aamir Khan’s role in Rangeela.

Himeshji says “I haven’t copied any of Aamir’s traits but just shown that I am his ardent fan in John’s A New Love Ishtory produced by Bhushan Kumar. I play a tapori called Sukkubhai.

Sukku is a very real character and completely like Aamir’s character in Rangeela. It’s a romantic comedy and I play a tapori who is a huge Aamir Khan fan and since I am genuinely a big fan of his, the performance is even more real.

Aamir is definitely a perfectionist and my favorite actor but the decision to style my character on Aamir and make him his fan was John’s and the writer of the film.”

Has he seen Ghajini? “I have seen Ghajini and have truly loved Aamir’s look and performance in it!” But Himesh hasn’t spoken to Aamir after watching Ghajini.

He adds, “When I meet him now though, I will give him a warm hug! Two months ago, I had told him on the sets of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa that Ghajini would rewrite box-office history and my predictions have come true.”

Himesh’s new year resolution is inspired by Aamir today. Himesh says, “My resolution is to work even harder than Aamir Khan does on his films and give the biggest hit of 2009.

I have four releases this year and God willing I will achieve my target in John Mathew Matthan’s A New Love Ishtory. ”

I think it a gutsy and ambitious resolution and it is evident that HR wants to leave no stone unturned to be the best of bollywood…well, hats off and salutations to him…and if there is anyone who can do it, then its himesh reshammiya…and it will be interesting to see how HR pulls in the multiplex junta…

To be immensely successful and popular, any artist has to touch the audiences heart…and HR has indeed touched their heart with his music…and I hope that he can also touch their heart with his characters to they can identify/associate with him…that’s the key…but in this quest…HR I will tell you for your acting career that whatever comments you make in public appearances, it is definitely noted by public across the world and doesn’t go unnoticed…and though I am no guru on public behavior…but I can say that they can change their mind and opinion by the minute…that’s why the B.O. is ever so unpredictable…I hope that you don’t undo all the hard work by your comments and behavior…I hope…and there is a famous saying that respect begets respect…I feel extremely warmed when you share a good relationship with your musical colleagues and when they say something good about you…as personally…I would like to see you sing for them in future…I cant see that happening with a bad rapport…if he could be bit considerate to those he feels he is superior to…just as opposed to how humble he turns when it is to do with bollywood icons…like aamir or AB…

…I am saying all this because a musician can win hearts by his music…and he is usually at the back end of things i.e. parde ke peeche…except if its performances or shows…basically his music does the talking…but an actor is right in the thick of things…he is in the public eye and a public figure …therefore…he is loved by the public also as a person and not just his acting…ever since HR started singing…numerous controversies have followed him like a shadow…and then when the great dad comes on show and says how “guni and sanksarwala” HR is…then I feel now it is high time to live up to these traits and shut the mouth of all those who put those allegations on you…I don’t care even if its me…remember I am saying this for his own good…

…lastly, I thought that HR looked dashing in karz…nice lean, charming, trend-setting and slick look…and he excelled as an actor…personally I feel…that HR definitely has what it takes…coupled with ooze of confidence and conviction…and can achieve his goal with good banners and directors…I commend for his unfazed spirit despite karzzzz and there is when the good get separated from the best…indeed HR is a man of substance…

I try to post with a meaning/purpose…the thing is that HR has (or has had in the past) a direct link to my life…I guess the same for any other fan…for example…there is a void in life whenever things are quiet but life get exciting when any release date is near and things are happening…I realized that HR cannot satisfy each and every fans demand and fans cannot expect unrealistic expectations from him…so complaining about this and that isn’t going to take me anywhere…but there is a midpoint where ‘reasonable’ expectations can be put forth and fulfilled…basically my posts reflect my true state of mind w.r.t HR, but due to sites requirements I have tried to change my style of writing and basically trying to highlight/pinpoint the issue/facts in question and offering my ideas/opinions/views in a so called politely diplomatic manner…obviously that wouldn’t reflect my true state of mind but it serves the purpose to basically at least reach out as there is a chance that my voice could reach out to him…because I thought that HR listens to his fans…in a nutshell, being a fan, still it is practically not feasible that all the news/articles/decisions will go well with me…but my real purpose of posting is fulfilled if I can highlight the key issues from them and my feedback…which serve 2 purposes…firstly if I can make other fans just to think about what I said and secondly a possibility to reach out to HR…killing 2 birds with 1 stone…and remember they are merely my opinions…not any final ruling…and nobody has to be bound by it…I don’t even look for answers…and it is entirely up to an individual fan whether he agrees and disagrees…the power of blogging is to convey a message B-)

without HR, saregamapa will not be very popular show as it is today.
in music and singing, HR is far more senior than pritam and forget adesh who gets no job in bollywood music.

we should vote for vaishali to win so we make others realize that there is a real power in HR.

dear die heart HR fanatic i always like your comments but this time i dont like it.
kyun ki aap iss bar himesh ki tareef kum nasihat zyaada kar rahe hai.aur mujhe lagta ke himesh jo bhi kehte hai woh humesha kar dikhate hai.jab hum fans ne himesh ko pasand kiya tha tab woh aisa hi the par fark sirf itna hai ke woh ab actor bhi hai.i know you love him a lot thats why you want to make himesh right whenever he do something wrong.but for me himesh is always right.aur usse kisi ki nasihat ki zaroorat nahi hai.and one more message for all HR’s fans is that plzzzzzzz vote for vaishali.plzzzzzzzzz.

“and also i hv a problem with hr that he does not promote his sad songs too much……”…indeed sohail…very well said…behind that rockstar image is a totally different image…my fav sad song is ‘chahe gila karo’ from ‘aks’…what a ripper…i feel that in sad songs, HR tells a story and a message…and coincidentally sameer’s lyrics are so meangful in his sad sons…even the music video of samjho na…it wins a lot of emotional sympathy with the audience…in his sad songs, HR talks with his audience…another person of mention (although not related to HR,but for comprison purposes) is rahat fateh ali khan who similarly talks to allah via his singing…
