Himesh Reshammiya’s third film as an actor Kajraare, a T-Series’ production is all set to be a Diwali release. Directed by Pooja Bhatt the film stars also stars, Pakistani actress Mona Laizza apart from Amrita Singh and Gulshan Grover.

Brief Background of the Song
Assalam Vaalekum is the 2nd song in Aap Kaa Surroor the moviee, The Real Luv Story. The song can be said to be Himeshji’s introduction in the film as he is performing a concert on his tour of Germany. The song has an arabic touch to it and has very strong beats which immediately grab your attention while listening Himeshji has really sung from his heart & is accompanied by Sameer ji’s beautiful lyrics!

Brief Background of the song
Dillagi is a peppy dance track which is sung and composed by Himeshji. Sunidhi Chauhan accompanies Himeshji in the vocals. It is the scene from the film where HR realises he has fallen in love with Riaa after their first meeting. Set in a club which is hosting HR’s welcome party to Germany, the character of Ruby (played by Mallika Sherawat) requests HR to perform for everyone that evening. A completely different number from Himeshji’s pervious works, Dillagi is a lively trance track with soulful lyrics.

Vipinji has been honoured today (4th May 2009) the Dada Saheb Phalke award
Vipin Reshammiya, honoured for his contribution as musician and film producer, said, “I thank you all for the love and support that you have given me and hope that the same will be passed on to my son, Himesh.”
“I am thankful to all who have given so much recognition to my father. I owe my entire success to him,” Himesh said.
