Kajraare vs Ishk Unplugged?
What will be Himesh’s next release – Kajraare or Ishk Unplugged?
Himesh Reshammiya is facing a “happy” problem. He has two of his films lined up for release and it is yet to be decided which of them would arrive first. Due to the strike which has stopped many big films from releasing, it has created a cloud of uncertainity around which of the two Himesh starrers would arrive first – Kajraare or Ishk Unplugged!
Says a Bollywood insider, “Both Kajraare as well as Ishk Unplugged are complete and the makers of the former have made the first strike by announcing their release plans. T-Series have closed on 16th October as the release date for Kajraare and it has to be seen whether Studio 18, which has made Ishk Unplugged, will hurry up their release plans or would wait for Kajraare to pass by.”
Meanwhile Bhushan Kumar, producer of Kajraare, had made an official announcement around the release of this film which has been set in Jordan and Dubai.
“Yes, 16th October is the confirmed date for Kajraare. We are positively arriving on this date”, says Bhushan Kumar of T-Series. In fact, plans are already been firmed up for the marketing and promotion of the film, even as the film is more than four months away from release. “Kajaare is a prestigious product and we would be aggressive in our marketing and promotion”, adds Bhushan Kumar.
Starring Mona Laizza (a popular TV actress from Pakistan) as the leading lady opposite Himesh Reshammiya, Kajraare, which is directed by Pooja Bhatt also stars Amrita Singh, Adnan Shah, Natasha Sinha, Gaurav Chanana, Jawed Sheikh and Gulshan Grover. Interestingly, Himesh plays the role of a lawyer in the film.
Meanwhile, shooting of Himesh’s latest film Radio, which is being directed by Isshaan Trivedi, is currently in full swing. Also, talkie portion of John Mathew Matthan’s A Love Issshtory is also complete with only the shooting of songs remaining.
Though Himesh Reshammiya was unavailable for comment, a source close to the actor says, “Himesh is very confident of all his future films and is very proud of them. Now whether he would be seen first in Kajraare or Ishk unplugged, well…yeh toh waqt hi bataaega!”

mere hisaab se ISHK UNPLUGGED ko pehle release karna chahiye. KAJRAARE ko release hone mein abhi 4 months hai. itna lambaa intezaar kaise hoga. please himeshji ISHK UNPLUGGED ko pehle release kariye……lets rock!!!

i like to see ishq uplugged first because HR has this new short hair looks all throughout this movie and music is said to be young and very modern.
KAJRAREE story sounds awesome and has mostly long hair look and little bit of short hair look as HR completed 90% of its shooting when HR was in his long hair look. music of kajraree is said to be mostly very indian type.
former is very new where as later has been making since 2008.

waaaaao really its very happy problem. But i wish ‘KAJRAARE’ release first. i was quite afraid yesterday, but today my intuitions about kajraare are very positive which never go wrong. Inshallah kajraare is going to be super hit movie of this year but yaar can’t say anything against kites , you know naa himeshji says, ‘kisi kaa bura kabhi nai mangna chahiye’. Just pray that all movies releasing on 16th oct becomes super hits.
hope there will be atleast 2 weeks gap between each film………
there will be months gap in release date. we will still miss HR’s movie after one of hr’s first release. after kARZZ, it’s been 8 months and stil not one HR movie or music. remember?

@karma:its possible that the producers studio 18 might cash in on Diwali craze and might release the film in october month….or they might wait for kajrares response at the BO and release the film in november…

Pichle topics mein humse bhool hui doosre music directors ke baare mein galat kehne par. Yaar himeshji hi kehte hai jise bhagwan ne maan liya uske baare mein hum kuch kehne wale kaun hote hai. Apna acha bhagwan se maango par doosre ke liye aur acha maango
kajraree has been in the making since april of 2008, where as ISHQ UNPLUGGED was made from March 1st 2009 and finished non stop for 65 days.
Want long hair look? than it is KAJRAREE. want only short new hair look than, ISHQ UNPLUGGED.
Kajraree has HR’s short new hair look only for about 10% of the entire movie.
NEW LOVE STORY is about to finish and remaining 10% shooting will be done once RADIO shooting is complete in July.
Well, than what about MUDH MUDH KE NADEKH MUDH MUDH KE?
I don’t know very sure of this one though it has already been shot for about 60% of the film. I think it is either being shelved or stalled or replaced with another movie with new heroine and director and new script.
I can’t wait a minute more of HR’s new music.

there was one more film called ‘jail’ that was supposed to be directed by Madhur bhandarkar…..the films music was to be given by HR….one song was already recorded…..but the film is shelved and has run into legal trouble:ibn live.com
i have been following the news of hr’s movie since Karzzz, Kajraree was made from april 2008. and we know HR completed last remaining of it from May 25th . source for kajraree shooting start? “Announced in November last year and kick started in the month of April 2008, Kajraare is special since it sees the Bollywood debut of Mona Laizza, a popular Pakistani TV actress. She plays the lead opposite Himesh in the film, which is touted as an Indo-Pak love story”. so thats once source.
when the remaining was shot? i said april 25. “In fact Himesh leaves for Devigad on 25th April for the last schedule of this Pooja Bhatt film. Moreover, for John Mathew’s A Love Issshtory, Himesh has completed the talkie portion with only songs being left to be shot”. i said only 10% of love story is to be shot to finish and songs is is that.

I checked all news source regarding HR’s film projects and M2KNDM2K is not completed and not even in news for completion in future after RADIO is done or when.
I know it was shot for sometime in mid 2008 and that’s in news everywhere but than any news and infos on it disappeared after they started finishing kajraree and new love story, went on to new films like ishq unplugged and radio.
HR himself said he has kajraree, new love story, ishq unplugged and upcoming project Radio during DHADASAHEL PALKE AWARD and on brief interview about his upcoming films too and that news is everywhere to read and no mention what so ever of M2KNDM2K.
HEY GUJJU too was shot for sometime and i watched a video clip of the gujju actress saying she shot a portion of the film back in 2008 and later news came about the film shelved and possibly replaced with a new film called TERE BIN JIYA JAYE. but HR too never mentions of this film in line now.
turns out that so called TERE BINA JIYA JAYE with new director as replacement for HEY GUJJU is swapna joshi, the director of ISHQ UNPLUGGED.

M2KNDM2K is not shelved its still on , meanwhile it was Hhey Gujju which’s script was alter and was replaced by a new script , new title, new director and as well as new leading girl and now that one is called “Tere Bina Jiya Naa Jaye”. @all: I am sure there will be news regarding M2KNDM2K – please do not speculate that it has been shelved etc – just because there is no news about the film it doesn’t mean it has been forgotten! Remember that people thought the same about Kajraare! It is probably still in the production processes & I am sure we will hear about the film soon

it is disapointing that another HR fan who follows him closely can’t speak his heart out. it’s not cool to block someone’s posting just because he has said somehting that seems true and has recent news and info.
why would u block my posting that says RAAN has no HR. in fact. it is RGV’s film and it doesn’t have HR at all .
anyway, regardless, i am still the biggest HR’s music fan and i won’

@Karma: We ask all of you to post “sensibly” here at the site as we wish to avoid any controversies or create uncessary speculations that may affect HR. Kajraare was also thought to be shelved – why speculate the same about M2KNDM2K? When news releases on the latter, we will let you all know!

@Surhan: Her name is Mona Laizza, she has acted in a lot of Pakistani TV serials. Kajraare will be her Bollywood debut

I am sorry to interfere but i think mona lizza is good actress and she is a nice girl , she is not like as u are describing her. I have also seen her in serials she is very good. Secondly choosing an actress was not himeshji’s department , it was pooja bhatt’s ( director of this film) decision to select mona liza for the lead role in this film. As well i think for Karzzzz both leading ladies were fantastic but shweta hold back seat in acting but Urmilaji k bare mein jo bhi kaho kam hai. She was outstanding. During Karzzzz himeshji again was not responsible for choosing these two ladies .

ok may be you r rite about mona liza main srif is lia yeh kah rahi hoon kay woh pakistan kay aek morning show main aain thin aur kuch baatain unhoon nain himeshji kay khilaf ke thin aur hum fans kabhi bhi himeshji ki insult ya phir un kay bary main koi ghalat boly to humain bilkul acha naihin nage ga. aur rahi baat choosing the actresses ki toh urmila was fantastic b/c woh aek qualified actress hain is lia main yeh kahna chahati hoon ke agar himeshji ke saath qualified actresses kaam karain gi toh main paka bolti hoon ke woh movie zaroor hit ho gi.
eiman you don’t know himeshji ko pakistan main kitna bura samjha jata hai main kisi se bhi pooch ti hoon ke aap ki himesh kesa lagta hai to answer 70% negative aata hai. kya yah ghalat baat nahin I hope that himeshji ko koi bhi ghalat na samjhy b/c yeh hum fan ko hi pata hai kay woh kitni mahnat karte hain. i hate those people jo himeshji ko ghalat samajh te hain phir woh chahy jo bhi ho.

I have also observed the same which u are telling about himeshji that the people in Pakistan have negative responses about himeshji. Basically iam also Pakistani but thank God i don’t live here long. Yaa i know they are bit negative people but Surhan be patient u are himeshji’s true fan and don’t give any ear to other bloody guys, who speak against himeshji . These people have forgett their values and morals and they speak whatever comes in their mind i know himeshji’s critics targets to hurt himeshji’s fans so on the other hand there are so many people who are himeshji’s fan in pakistan. Children in Pakistan are himeshji’s biggest fan. When i was in Pakistan some poeple got knowledge of my fondness for himeshji and believe me u are 100 % correct, they hurt me a lot also for this . They used to abuse him infront of me and i used to get angry but now i have got a sigh of relief as i am no more here. For about Mona lizaa , i would like to say if she has said anything against himeshji she will not stand long in industry bcoz in industry u get more by respect then by just hardwork . Secondly i bet u that when u will see ‘kajraare’ Mona lizaa is not going to be as good as himeshji in acting or in any kind of comparison. Because

mere kuch class fellows ko himeshji bohot bure lagte hain aur jab woh himeshji ki buraee karty hain to woh class fellows mujhe bury lag te hain. mery aek friend ko pehely himeshji bury lagte thy but jab usne karzzz dekhi to usy himeshji ki acting achi lagi aur wo boli ke himeshji karzzz main achy lag rahy thy. to kahne ka matlab ye hai ke kuch logoon ko himeshji ache nahin lagte thy but karzzz ke baad ache lagte hain. slowly and gradually himeshji logoon ko ache lag rahy hain. aur yeh aek positive point hai.

I watched that show but she said nothing against himeshji even she didn’t talk about him. She just talked about the sequence of ‘kajraare’, which was just left to be shot , where she get married in movie or us ki doli uthti hai. Except this she didn’t spoke anything about himeshji or kajraare. Well i have also noticed the same in pakistan whether karzzzz was flopped but many many critics have liked himeshji’s performance in karzzzz . My cousin is here who is huge fan of himeshji. She always tells me about the situation. And most importantly during my last visit here i also noticed the same that those people who were against himeshji have become his huge fans now. I was very happy, it happened only after karzzzz. So 101% correct that himeshji’s fan following is increasing . Now let see kajraare!!!!!!
I hopes it turn out to be the block buster hit of 2009.

yes, its true that himeshji will have an item song in ‘tere sung’ its not a fresh new , it was during karzzzz’s shooting when hero of ‘tere sung’ got injured and then satishji also felt that promotional song is needed. So for this he approached himeshji and he agreed.

@Sanghv: News of the song is not 100% confirmed – it was early news during Karzzzz as recently only Anu Malik was reported as the music director of the film with no mention of any guest …we will update you all with more news when it releases
