Himeshji gives a tribute to the musical legend late Rafi-saab
The last word comes from Himesh Reshammiya, who has composed the Rafi-like ace Tum chain ho qaraar ho in the just-released Milenge Milenge.
“Rafisaab would have rocked even today. A song like Chura liya hai tumne from Yaadon Ki Baraat can give a run to any chartbuster today. I have had three or four stages in my career so far, in terms of the kind of music I composed, and the first two stages are completely dedicated to Mohammed Rafi, till perhaps Tere Naam and even a bit beyond, when I used Udit Narayanji and Sonuji a lot. These legends are our roots, our inspirations. Jo kaam hua hai woh hamesha rahega! Rafi is not yesterday’s legend but the forever “voice”. He will continue to shape and influence film music forever.”

no doubt HR is all-rounder in music composition….
Himesh Ji is great, but he needs to stop acting ASAP. His last two films bombed. Kajarare has no hype or buzz. Even the music isn’t that popular…why did he release the music so soon??? Same thing happened to Radio. He released music toooooo soon. Kajrare has zero chance against Dabangg which has created huge hype and buzz. I for one am going to watch Dabangg. I want Himesh ji to concentrate more on his music direction and give us more awesome music and please give Vineet more songs to sing. He is such a damn awesome singer.
Please Himesh Ji your fans wanna see you compose more and stop wasting time and money on acting.

I agree wid u bro… only on the aspect u said about himeshs’ acting career….he must return as a Music director and not an actor.
He actually doesn’t fit the bill for acting.
Yes his music rockssssssss! and that is what we want.
Not only for Himeshs’ fan boys and fan girls, he also must work for neutral audience like me.
I mean he should get out of his comfort level to deliver quality for a niche audience and not for only fans.

bro while u are entitled to yur views on himeshji i request u not to speak negatively here as it feels bad .Himesh was praised for His work in radio (acting) kajraare music is doing okay EVEN WITH NO PROMOTION it shows wat a genius hr is.

Himesh is a good actor.i don’t agree with u.his last 2 films may have not worked but u should not forget that alot peps have wented to watch karzzzz,but due to so many shows people were distributed.if the release of karzzzz was properly planned by t-series then film might would have worked at the box-office.so have faith in hr films,now this time t-series should release the film with proper planning.
I am agree wid JoJO.. if we wnt to c Hr as a music director than we shud nt watch Hr’s every movie in Theatres. Im a big fan. Bt dnt like Hr acting.

@Jojo – agreed that himesh should focus on composition and singing and should quit acting. But i will not watch dabangg against kajraare. I am going with hr’s kajraare for sure. Himesh’s fate as an actor completely depends on audience acceptance of kajraare !! Personally i think hr must understand that he is the godfather of our indian music industry.

Guys, don’t mistake temporary defeat as failure. Hr’s acting situation, whatever is it right now is nothing but the training process he must go. Superstars are not born overnight. It takes time and patience. HR has proved that Impossible is nothing and he’ll do that again. God bless him.

himesh reshammiya ke songs par main sirf himesh ji ka face hi dekhna chahta hu..isliye main himesh ji ka itna bada fan hu…main bhi himesh ji ki tarah iss baat ko lekar chalta hu..raaste ki parwaah karunga toh manzil bura maan jaayegi…mujhe itna toh yakin hai ek din mujhe meri manzil jaroor milegi kyonki main himeshji ka fan hu..poori duniya mein himesh ji se jyaada telented insaan ho hi nahi sakta…..

Many of u don’t know dat t-series don’t do publicty of himesh music on fm stations coz d sale get affectd.
so hr is can nevrthles be fail it is just d enviroment which ppl creats who feels jealous of HR. nd 1 mor thing now radio station take mony to promote music.
