Song of the Week: (5) Teriyan Meriyan

Published by Jem under Song of the Week

Hello Reshammiyans >:D<

Finally we are here with the discussion for Song of the Week! Due to a random poll system, we were unable to reach a high amount of votes, hence song of the week was extended to allow the songs to have a better chance for voting. So here it is! Teriyan Meriyan is the winning song from Karjraare in our 5th song of the week!

Background of the Song

Teriyan Meriyan is a pure classical song with vocals by Himeshji and Shreya Ghoshal. Himeshji has sung the song in a very romantic style. Shreya’s voice compliments Himeshji’s superbly! The beginning of the song is extremely beautiful and takes the listener to a different mood altogether…

Tell us your thoughts about why you love Teriyan Meriyan! Discussion will last for one week!

As always, please keep this discussion to song of the week only – any other comments should be posted in the news threads.

Let’s Rock!

Confirming the news, Reshammiya says he’s looking forward to the performance: “Talks with the organisers, Moshe Primosher and Elias Harman, have been going on for a while. I’m glad things finally fell into place.”
