And Now The Xposé Sequel
by Box Office India (May 24, 2014)
Once a film does well, it’s almost knee-jerk for the filmmakers to plan a sequel. Well, it’s the ‘in’ thing today. No wonder, Himesh Reshammiya, too, has decided to make sequel to his latest and successful film The Xposé. We’re told the sequel will have many surprises and much better music and better visuals than the first part in addition to the most unexpected supporting cast.

Director Ananth Mahadevan says, “I want to carry forward the character of Ravi Kumar (played by Himesh) and his quirky dialogue to another level in the sequel.” An ecstatic Himesh adds, “My dad was sure that The Xposé would become a hit franchise. It is my dad’s first film as producer and I am happy we gave him a hit franchise.”

Says distributor Anil Thadani, “The super hit music and dialogue have got The Xposé superb collections and the word-of-mouth is very strong, even in its second week. Also the critics and audience have loved Himesh s performance.”

Reshammiya, who worked very hard to get into the character of Ravi Kumar, has decided to take a week’s break and will start working on the character when he’s back, so that he surprises the audience once again in the sequel to The Xposé .
